Notes on sending images: (1) Images must be in bitmap formats eg: jpeg, gif, tiff, bmp etc. (2) Ideally images should have a resolution of at least 200x200 to ensure good quality reproduction in the bulletin. (3) Ideally images should be approximately square to fit the layout of the bulletin. (4) Images may not be used at the discretion of the bulletin editor if they are unsuitable, or if there are already enough events on the page with images.
